Budget Transmission Center has been a part of the West Haven, CT community since 1993 and in that time we have serviced many local automobile owners throughout New Haven, Milford, and beyond, establishing a reputation for quality service. Brought my f350 pickup truck to budget transmission in August. The brakes needed to be replaced so I informed them I would like to get them done. I later received a call saying it needed front end work which I was aware of. I was impressed with the call as everything I was told I was aware of. The last place I had work done at tried to sell me everything under the truck. While waiting for the parts to come in I was offered a great deal on a car wash and interior detail. Got great service. My son bought A used Van Toyota. 3 months into it the transmission went. Was going to junket but instead I took ownership. I brought the Van to budget transmission.. Was received very well. The estimate said it need a complete rebuild something common with this type of Van.. So I went for It,price was reasonable after checking around with other places. It took a little time the place was busy but worth the wait. I've since put 3000 miles on the Van . And driven it as far as the Canadian border through Vermont and back. Run smooth handles well no problems

I would first like to thank the staff of Budget Transmission, specifically Sammie, Mike and Tammy for the kindness and courtesy. As with any used car their can or may be things wrong with the vehicle that pop up unexpectedly. I knew that I had a problem with my transmission and the guys at Budget went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Even to the point of not charging me any labor cost. However, I wasn’t expecting to also need a lower front left control arm, ball joints, motor mounts and bushings. The cost began to skyrocket! With that being said the guys still were forward and upfront about all repairs needed. Yes I spent more than I expected to but for the work done on my vehicle along with their friendly and timely service I wouldn’t change a thing. I highly recommend Budget Transmission and will continue to use their services if need be. Hopefully, I won’t but if I do, I know exactly where to go. Thanks Guys!!!

I have been coming to Budget for several years. The work performed included two transmissions, electrical work, struts, coils, spark plugs and many other things on my Acura, 750LI and F250.
